After installation, we stay.
Service and maintenance
Faults are solved through the online connection to your installation. When that is not possible, our engineers solve it on site the same day.
With a full-maintenance contract, all preventive maintenance is carried out by DFW Europe for a fixed amount per cremation. We also maintain installations of other manufacturers.
Training for your operators
Two days, one theoretical and one practical, at your crematorium; the theory day can also be given in Broek op Langedijk. With dummy inserts and calamity training.
A one-day refresh training keeps your operators' knowledge up to date.
